"Actually learned way more than I expected"
I took the AED/CPR training here it was super easy to follow. The videos and hands-on practice made everything click so much better than I thought they would. I was nervous at first, but by the end I felt about a thousand times more confident and like I could actually step in and help if something serious happened.

The hands-on practice was the most useful part and it did make me feel more ready. That said, there were a few moments where the directions felt unclear or things didn’t line up with what I expected, which made me trust the process a little less. Still, I walked away feeling more prepared than when I started

"Finished faster than I thought"
I got through the course quicker than I expected, which was nice, but a few sections felt kind of rushed and I had to go back over them a couple times. The most annoying part was waiting in the queue before I could actually get started, felt like it took forever. Overall, it did the job, just wasn’t the smoothest experience

I had a smooth experience with this online course. The platform was easy to navigate and didn’t take a bunch of time to figure out, which I appreciated. The videos loaded without any issues, and being able to pause and come back later was super helpful. The quiz was clear and simple enough to follow as well. "Quick and easy CPR recertification"
I used aedcpr.com to knock out my CPR recertification, it was painless. The site was simple to get through, and I liked that I didn’t have to spend an entire day sitting in a class.
I finished it after work and got my certificate right away, which was exactly what I needed. Logging in and downloading everything was easy too. I’d definitely use it again next time

I accidentally ordered the wrong CPR mask pack from aedcpr.com and didn’t realize it until after it had already shipped. Totally my mistake, so I figured fixing it might be a hassle.
I emailed them, and honestly... they got back to me the same day with super clear return instructions. No confusing back-and-forth, no weird hoops to jump through, I just sent it back like they told me to.
Once they received it, the refund showed up a few days later. Smooth overall! It was way less stressful than I expected, and I’d definitely order from them again.

We needed new AED pads and a battery, and AEDCPR actually had both in stock, which seems like it shouldn’t be so rare. I didn’t have to spend forever figuring out what matched our unit, either. The order showed up quickly, it was nice to find a place that had the replacement stuff available when we needed it.

Overall, it was a good class. The instructor clearly knew what they were talking about and explained the CPR steps in a way that actually made sense. I’m glad I took it because I’d hate to be in an emergency and realize I missed something important. I did take off one star because a few parts felt a little rushed, and with this kind of training, I’d rather spend extra time than risk not fully getting it.

"Pretty easy, with one tiny phone drama"
Scheduling was convenient, and I was able to find a class time that fit my schedule without too much hassle. The only dramatic little hiccup was using the site on my phone, it got a bit clunky and I had to refresh once, which felt mildly tragic in the moment. But overall, it did what I needed it to do. Not flawless, not mind-blowing, but it got the job done.
